…This past week I’ve spent some rare time at home (Jersey home, not New York home) in between shows. I find cooking to be incredibly calming and a lot of fun. Here’s a few culinary efforts during my days off.

Pan seared halibut I served up with a mango-cilantro salsa. Served with linguine in a light garlic-basil sauce and asparagus. Woahhh!
